Patient: 73 year-old, male

History: The patient was an obese 73 year-old male, with a history of diabetes mellitus, hypertension , and hyperlipidemia for 20 years. Liver dysfunction was noted for the first time at the age of 69 year-old.  No improvement of the liver function was observed, and the patient was transferred to the hospital for further examination. Excess alcohol intake was denied. Laboartory data are as follows: AST/ALT 86/46 IU/L、 ALP/γ-GTP  349/95 IU/LAlb 4.5ZTT 17.2platelets 12x×104/μlhyaluronic acid 579 ng/dlprocollagen-3-peptide 0.8 U/mltype 4 collagen 736.8ICG 18.0%ferritin 681.3 μg/dl,  HBc antigen(?)、HCV antibody(?)、ANA x80AMA-M2(?).
