1. Clinicopathological study of lung cancer: molecular pathology will be studied using tissue and liquid cytology specimens of lung cancer.
2. Image analysis using deep learning model: digitized specimens (including HE stain, special stain, and immunohistochemistry) of lung cancers to examine the relationship between histological morphology and genetic abnormalities
3. Diagnosis of pancreatic cancer: Tissue microarrays (TMA) will be prepared from resected pancreatic cancer cases, and a panel of immunohistochemistry useful for diagnosis will be constructed using TMAs. We will also examine the usefulness of immunostaining and genetic diagnosis using liquid cell diagnostic specimens collected by EUS-FNA.
4. Diagnosis of mesothelioma: clinicopathological examination using immunostaining and FISH.
