Overview

NMU-PAC was founded in April, 2014 for adequate physician assignment in Nara, especially in underserved and rural area. Physician arrangement had been exclusively conducted by Specialty Section (“Ikyoku”) in NMU. NMU-PAC is arranging and organizing the doctor demand/supply negotiation between Ikyoku and hospital administrators for proper physician placement.  NMU-PAC is also studying and assessing the physician need in each public hospital, which  has various regional medical needs.
