Our research mainly focuses on efficient production and in vivo evaluation of artificial red cells (hemoglobin vesicles) as a transfusion alternative aiming for clinical application. Other research keywords include tissue oxygenation, biocompatibility, liposomes, biomaterials, biomacromolecules, heme proteins, lactamase, and supramolecules. Using chemical technologies, we aim to contribute to biomedical sciences and clinical practices.
