Overview

Center for Postgraduate Training (CPGT) is managing issues related to residency training in Nara Medical University Hospital. Almost 100 residents belong to CPGT and the residency training curriculums are developed and managed by  CPGT.  CPGT is collaborating with other residency programs in Nara in order to maintain appropriate health care system in this region. Our research interests are diverse including the research for the career development  of the residents  and the research for workplace environment of the residents.
