Overview

Our main research areas are child and adolescent psychiatry and neurodevelopmental disorders. Concretely, we conduct clinical research on diseases, such as attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and autism spectrum disorder, in addition to studies to examine their pathology using event-related potentials and near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS). We also conduct research on support for the parents of children with neurodevelopmental disorders and psychiatric diseases, and preventing the onset of childhood and adolescent psychiatric diseases.
