We seek to reveal the epidemiology and pathophysiology of various infectious diseases from the perspectives of the elements of the infectious disease triangle, namely the host, microbes, and antimicrobial agents. We have cross-institutional collaborations with colleagues in the fields of microbiology, pharmacology, immunology, and public health. By applying a comprehensive approach using multimodal methods, we aim to provide novel insights.
